Happy Doctor Who Day! All the works have been revealed. There are 22 works in 7 fandoms.

You may want to change the date of your work to be today's date. That way it will be on the first page for the fandom - otherwise people looking at the fandom page might not see it if they've gone as far back as the date they last checked. To change the date, click on the Edit button. Halfway down the page will be an option to 'Set a different publication date'. Select the box and then change the date. It will let you change it to any date in the present or past, but not in the future.

Thank you to who created works, especially to the pinch hitters.

Assignments have gone out. There are two initial pinch hits, which I will put in another post.

If you have signed up you should have received an email with your assignment. If you haven't, then you can go to the collection and click on the "My Assignments" button. Or you can go to your AO3 account page, click on My Assignments, then go to Doctor Who and Related Fandoms Festivities Exchange 2025, which will be at the bottom above any pinch hits you've taken.

You can write/draw anything that your recipient requested, whether you offered it or not. You only need to write one character/relationship in the fandom they requested (but can include more if you want). If you find your assignment has nothing you offered it means something has gone wrong somewhere. Email me at tardisfestivities@gmail.com and I will fix it.

The collection will open for posting later today.

There are some gloriously niche and some wonderfully popular requests in there.

You can see which fandoms have been requested and offered in the Signup Summary once there are five sign ups and it has been (re-)generated.

Note that all of the timings are around Sunday lunchtime British time, which is effectively Saturday night in America.

Announcing the Doctor Who and Related Fandoms Remix

Jut borrowing this comm to say that I am running a remix for Doctor Who and all of its many related fandoms that's starting soon. Anyone can sign up to have their fic remixed pretty much as long you've written something in any of the fandoms before. Anyone can then choose a fic to remix. It's not a gift exchange, so you can do either or both of those.

All the information is in the AO3 collection. There's also a Dreamwidth comm and a Tumblr.

This would be a 48 hours until the deadline warning post. Except due to a few different things I won't be around to check at the deadline. So everyone gets a 13 hours (maybe more) extension. The new deadline is now when I get up and check on Sunday morning, which will be 8am UTC at the earliest.
