Hello! I hope questions here are all right, if not, I apologise! I have a potentially silly question, I just want to make sure I understood your AO3 profile right: I assume if a ship or character was not nominated, that means you cannot offer or request them? E.g., I see that no one has nominated Doctor/Master for any classic Doctor except Third, so one could neither offer nor request, say, Seven/Ainley?
