Sign ups are open <- use this link to sign up.

They will be open until 2nd October at 7pm UTC.

The info post has more information about sign ups.

You can see everyone's requests in the Requests Summary.

You can see which fandoms have been requested and offered in the Signup Summary once there are five sign ups and it has been (re-)generated.

You must include at least 1 request and 1 offer (to a maximum of 10), with at last 1 character (to a maximum of 20) and select whether you want art and/or fic for each request and offer.

You can edit your sign up any time before sign ups close by going to the AO3 collection, clicking on the "My Sign-up" link and then the "Edit Sign-up" button.

By the way, would you be able to add an option to request Unbound: Doctor of War? No one has created the tag yet but I would love to request it.

The only fandoms that can be added to the tag set are ones that are canonical on AO3 - it is a side-effect of not having nominations. And since no one has written for it (or haven't tagged a work with it) and there's only 1 work tagged with the generic Doctor Who: Unbound, neither is canonical :(

I'm just passing by, but I've run an exchange on AO3 and you definitely can add whatever fandoms you want to your tagset regardless of their A03 canonicity.

That's technically correct, but then when you come to sign up, no characters will be available, so you won't be able to submit the sign up.

If I write a drabble for it and it happens to get canonized in time, would you be able to add it? (Genuine question! I don't really understand how it works, and I don't blame you at all if this isn't possible.)

I can. However, there's one work for Doctor Who: Unbound and it's not canonized - it's just part of the generic Doctor Who fandom. So you might need to write quite a few and then wait for the tag wrangler to canonize it. thisbluespirit might know more, since I know she's done some tag wrangling.

You're right, there are no characters. I think those need canonizing as well.
