Nominations are open. They will close on Friday evening, British time.
Use this post for any queries and also to let me know about anything that needs fixing in the tag set, eg typos, characters or relationships in there twice.
Here's all the nominations information from the info/FAQ:
You can type in up to 10 Doctor Who & Related Fandoms fandoms, and up to 20 characters/relationships for each fandom. Although the box says 'Characters' you can put characters and relationships in here (one per box).
Disambiguation
When you nominate characters or relationships you need to add a shortened form of fandom name after their names in brackets. This is called disambiguation. The reason for this is AO3 is not very clever.
If you were to nominate Sarah Jane Smith in the Sarah Jane Adventures fandom, but someone had also nominated her in the Doctor Who (1963) fandom, then it will complain that she's already been nominated and won't let you submit your nominations. Also, there is no option to match people based on character or relationship, only both, which is why we're using the Character field to include relationships. AO3 isn't very keen on that idea, so we have to disambiguate to stop it complaining.
When you're typing the fandom name in brackets first check the tag set to see if anything else has been nominated in this fandom. If they have, use the same disambiguation. If you use a different one then AO3 will think that's a different character/relationship and things will get confusing. If there's nothing in the tag set for your fandom, then use something sensible.
The disambiguations will only be used in the tag set. You do not have to use them when posting your work.
Additionally, when nominating a relationship, add 'Ship:' to the beginning. This is because AO3 gets upset that you're nominating a relationship in the character field, so we need to make it unique.
Nominating single characters
If you want to nominate a single character, just type it in. AO3 will auto-fill this for you, if they've been canonised in AO3. But beware of just accepting this as it will not include the disambiguation.
Please include character's full names, as eg the Rani and Rani Chandra are different people who we don't want confused.
Nominating relationships
You can include as many people in the relationship as you want (eg entire TARDIS teams), although AO3 has a character limit, so you may not be able to include everyone's full names.
You can mix and match, so Ship: Thirteenth Doctor/Yasmin Khan & Graham O'Brien & Ryan Sinclair means that you want all four characters in your gift. Thirteen and Yaz should be in a romantic or sexual relationship with each other, and Graham and Ryan should be in a platonic relationship with the other three.
Which fandom should I nominate characters/relationships in?
Doctor Who has a lot of fandoms and several characters who have appeared in multiple fandoms. You should choose the specific fandom that you want your gift to be set in, or the setting you'd like to write them in.
If you want to request a relationship between two characters from different fandoms then you should use the 'Doctor Who & Related Fandoms' fandom. You should include the fandom after each character eg Ship: Sixth Doctor (DW 1963) & Twelfth Doctor (DW 2005).
